Our technicians will be in touch before the appointment to coordinate key access. You're welcome to watch, but you don't have to be there the entire time — many of our customers work inside while we handle everything outside.

Just make sure your vehicle is parked in a safe, relatively flat area with enough room for our technician to work around it. A driveway, parking lot, or garage apron all work well. If the location is deemed unsafe upon arrival, we'll let you know and happily reschedule at a better spot.
